State-of-the-art Shipping and Receiving

Our state-of-the-art Shipping and Receiving area is complete with a hand-held radio frequency scanners which update our real-time container level inventory system the minute new product arrives here at Vigon and the minute it leaves the facility. Fully networked and integrated computer work stations allow our team to print labels and necessary shipping documentation in an extremely efficient manner as well. Combine this technology with the immediate adjacency of this area to our dedicated repack area as well as the warehouse, and our Shipping and Receiving team can efficiently ship in-stock orders the same day that we receive them. This provides our customers with one of the quickest turn-around times in the industry.

Efficient Sample Fulfillment

We know that the efficient handling of samples is as critical as the efficient handling of orders. That is why Vigon has an exclusive staff and system for maximizing the efficiency of the sample fulfillment process. This starts with a fully dedicated sample room complete with sample stock of all of the items that we offer. Combine this with a skilled sample technician and a fully automated and integrated electronic sample system and we can fulfill your sample requests quicker than anyone in the industry.
